It took an hour and a half for delivery. We ordered 3 meals and all 3 were wrong.

Pick a bagel's sister location. The evil twin. Avoid.

Overpriced and underwhelming. I waited on take out for 15 minutes for a $14 pastrami sandwich that was cut very thick and full of fat. It was disgusting.

This place is horrible, it has the worst service. They forgot our order and then made us move tables after waiting 1 hour. After which we were yelled at by the manager for requesting to stay on the same table. You will have to wait on average 1 hour for your food. When it comes out it is cold and burnt at the same time. I would strong recommend not going to this restaurant. It is also not a surprise that we have seen "grade pending" on the door for over a year. Rumor has it that it is a C and they don't want to put up the sign.

We only discovered Izzy and Nat's deliver service in the past few weeks. It has been excellent on all occasions (and even made extra fried chicken after they had run out). Don't understand the bad ratings....

Izzies is basically an overpriced diner that thinks its a deli. At first, their arrival was very much welcomed by the neighborhood as it was in desperate need of food options. With time, this place's faults have stood out to the point where we never go there or order from there anymore. Although they deliver quickly, orders are frequently screwed up - items forgotten; not fresh; or wrong items. How hard is it to follow a simple request to use cheddar and not american cheese! Every time, the same mistake. The recent menu change took some delicious things off the menu (grilled chicken sandwich, goddess salad, french toast bagel, etc.). Other things were changed that make Izzies look desperate and cheap. The soups used to be served in a generously portioned container. Now, it is served in a ridiculously small container at a higher price. They needlessly changed their fries recipe some time back too. Whoever decided their menu needed to be tinkered with made a poor decision. Used to order from them several times per week, but since the menu changes we only order maybe once per month when we crave bagels, the one thing they still do very well - probably because they are baked off-site.

Order in bagels only. The new owners have driven this place into the ground. Never seen owners destroy a great place as they have this one.

The service has really slipped. This is the second time in three orders where they have forgotten something. For an order of pancakes, they gave only one syrup. I wouldnt mind paying extra for the additional syrup just give us the choice.

The large matzo ball soup use to be great. They reduced the size of the large container by 2/3s and the broth is now dark brown and tastes unappetizing. Bring back the old recipe!

Quality has dramatically gone down. Orders are almost always different than what we ask for and receive confirmation for. We have been so disappointed so many times, that we will not order from here again.

CHEESE BLINTZES - I ordered cheese blintzes the other day and was unpleasantly surprised when got the order. I received 3 mini blintzes, the size of a large spring roll. Defnitely not what I expected or what I have seen in other restaurants and defnitely overpriced for that amount of food. Cheese blintzes are much bigger (size of crepes) and the cheese inside was not what I though it should tase. They should consult someone who knows how to make cheese blintzes.
