Great food and quick service, although I live just a few blocks away. We basically licked our plates clean after this fabulous meal. I am definitely visiting this place for lunch as well as dinner when I have time.

Have been long time customers of Jaya - both delivery and in the restaurant. Ordered satay recently along with a few other items for delivery. They forgot to include the peanut sauce with the Satay. When I called and talk to the manager, he said they would deliver another one in 20-30 minutes. I told them that was unacceptable since all of other food would be cold or eaten by then. I requested that they give us a credit for the cost of the Satay only. The person on the phone refused. I told him I would call Seamless to get the credit. He then threatened me and said if I called Seamless they would never deliver to our address again! Unbelievable that this is how they treat regular customers. We did call Seamless to complain. They said it was unacceptable for the restaurant and would take action but when they contacted the restaurant they said he refused to call us to apologize because they were "too busy." We've had other problems with them before - delivery is late and food quality is often inconsistent - and always let it go because we like Malayasian food. They don't have to worry about delivering to us again because we won't be ordering anymore. Nyonya has much better quality food and better service.

Food was great but picking up ruined my buzz. The service could use improvement. I arrived and told them I had a pick up order under my name, and then was told there are many orders... I couldn't remember the exact name and the guy got fussy asking how was he suppose to know. Finally he read my name on the Seemless receipt. I've never had this problem and always pick up with my name.

really bad customer service- i placed a big order and they called me say that they dont have some items that i placed an order. i told them that's fine but they told me i have to be the one who called seamless web and cancel some items out otherwise seamlessweb will charge me.. ummm,, excuse me? isnt that suppose to be your job to do that? waste my time..

The laksa noodle soup was delicious and delivery was quick. If you get this dish, avoid the combination option since the appetizers aren't substantial enough to warrant the additional cost.

i have never had such gr8 customer service. the owner of the restaurant called me to check y i didnt like my food. not only did he refund my money but he was extremely apologetic and nice!!! it is great and rare to have restaurateurs that care abt their customers as much as he does!!!
