Was very disappointed! First our order was missing items. Called and spoke with the manager. Was informed they must have been out of what we ordered and that was why it was not included in the order. We were credited for the missing items and offered a free dessert which was kind. But as we opened the rest of our food we found what we ordered did not come as it was described on the website. The sweet potato fries did not come with the dipping sauce. The burger which was supposed to come with jalapenos, avocado, & sour cream came with the usual lettuce, tomato & onion. In place of the toppings it was supposed to come with they had put red peppers & ketchup. The burger was also cooked incorrectly. We ended up throwing it out. We will not be ordering from this place again!!! If ordering BEWARE what you think you’re getting is not what you are actually going to get.

Description on Seamless.com says, "Made with three cheese benchamel sauce, truffle oil. Topped with panko bread crumbs and chives." and i got a styrofoam tray full of dry noodles with half a melted slice of cheese on it.. GROSS

The food is really good! I'm obsessed with the chicago dog. The service is really amazing; I've had them call and ask how the delivery went. The food comes fast and is still hot. The mac and cheese is not the best (btw). It sounds good in writing, but it is bland and usually the breadcrumbs are burned!! The chili is also bland. I'm just adding those things for people you like their food zesty (with spices and seasoning). That aside, everything else on the menu is tasty!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC Burgers! Truffle fries were disappointing, but the burgers, dogs and a ton of sides are SPECTACULAR. Authentically good.

The delivery person went to the wrong address. Called me, apologized and told me he was on the way and then never came. An hour later i called the restaurant wondering where the guy was and they told me the driver came back and they won't deliver to me because i live in hoboken. They said they would refund my cash which i appreciate, but they could have called me to tell me they weren't going to deliver.

Disgraceful service, absolutely Disgraceful. Advertise 45-1 hour. Took 2 hoursfor a cheeseburger and hotdog. Emtremely frustrating experience. Not recommend to anyone.

Their fries leave a little something to be desired (e.g. flavor, texture), but everything else I've had has been great.

Food arrived half an hour later than promised. Ice cream was completely melted all over everything else. Otherwise, quality is ok, nothing special.
