Very disappointing to wait 70 minutes for a meal and receive a cold dinner that needed to be re cooked on the stove to be edible.

the lump crab cakes had crab shells all throughout them and couldn't be eaten. The Thai chili seared shrimp app was ok.

Horrible customer service. Seamless web says the order arrive in under 35 minutes. It took an hour.

Very slow delivery. Estimated time 50-65 minutes. I'm approaching 90 minutes and still no delivery.

Super late delivery. Ordered and called 45 minutes later and was told order had left. Then called another 15 minutes later and was told that order was just leaving. Not only does one have to have good food, one needs to have good service.

I called the restaurant to move my order from a future order to an ASAP order. While on the phone I had to say and spell my name 3-4 times for the employee. You can imagine that my tone wasnt as friendly the 4th time. Well the food was delivered and I got sick 5 minutes after completing the meal. Infer from this what you'd like...I will not order from Josie's again.

Absolutely the best fresh and healthy food I have had in New York. Stir Frys' and rice dishes are brilliant. Burgers are not bad either. and has the best Desert ever, Lemon rippled icecream cake. delicious.
