Kiku

Kiku has great food and great lunch specials. however, after a recent order of the 3-roll Lunch special, which says it is served with shumai, edamame and miso soup or salad, I only received the salad and sushi rolls. I had indicated on the order that I am allergic to shellfish, and asked for vegetable dumplings to be sustituted. When the delivery man arrived, I saw the receipt, and this change had been made- the receipt showed "Vegetable gyoza". however, when I opened the delivery bag, I noticed I didn't have the dumplings or the edamame. The woman I spoke to on the phone was terribly rude, claiming the shumai and edamame only come for the 2-roll special, despite what the Seamless menu says. She refused to even listen to my suggestion about clarifying the Seamless web menu. I told her I wouldn't be ordering from there again, and I'll make sure no one I work with does either. What terrible customer service!

Kiku, without fail, has fed me delicious sushi for the past two years since I lived in the neighborhood. I recommend the special roll combo!
