food always takes over an hour to be delivered and is such poor quality for a cheaper place nevermind how expensive everything is

Almost great - but they lose points for imitation "maple syrup". When you list Maple Syrup on a menu, you should not pull a bait and switch.

I ordered almost an hour ago and the food is still not here. Now if it ever does arrive I will have to eat it during a meeting, as lunch hour is shot. I called the restaurant and the guy who answered the phone was very casual about the delay. He said it was probably because the delivery guy had another delivery 15 minutes or so out of the way. At this point, the review isn't about the food quality, so much as if and when it arrives. I won't order from here again.

Mac and Cheese lovers, don't order from this place. Stuff is nasty - overcooked noodles and processed orange cheese. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Very annoying when you pay for extra sauce you either get none they actually put watered down version all over your food so its a mess, etc. not ordering from here again.

Terrible !!!! I had to wait almost an hour for my food. Then when it finally arrived it was cold and with no dressing. I called the place to ask if they can bring us some dressing since they forgot and the girl working on the phones was so nasty and said she put it in their when it was BBQ sauce she put in rather than salad dressing. I still stayed calm and asked if they can redeliver dressing and its almost 30 minutes since I called and no dressing !!!! Nor did she even apologize for forgetting it was like my fault that she forget the dressing !!!! Never again will we eat here !!!! Food cold ...... Bad customer service and they dont even give you your whole order.

Great first experience with delivery from Kool Bloo. I've been in the store before but this is the first time I've ordered delivery. Everything I have eaten from there so far has been absolutely delicious. I got French Toast this time, but in store I've eaten several of their sandwiches and wraps. They've never dissapointed. Delievery was fast and reasonably priced.

wanted to try a new place and thought we'd give this place a try. it was a disappointment. the fries arrived soggy. the burger was well done instead of medium and had no seasonings (tasteless despite having sauteed onions and cheese). there was nothing fudgey about the chocolate fudge cake. in fact, it was dry and mediocre. not worth it for the price.
