Ordered the chicken tender with mac-n-cheese and mashed potatoes, and the corn dogs. The chicken tenders were drowned in grease, the mac-n-cheese tasted SOUR, and the mashed potatoes were old and looked like they had been overheated in a microwave. Also, I took the risk in ordering the overpriced corn dogs - they were good. It's hard to mess those up. So disappointed I wasted my money. Gross.

That was the most disgusting burrito that has ever graced my kitchen table. If it wasn't midnight and I wasn't starving it would have gone straight in the trash. The meat (I can't believe it was actually beef) was dry and shredded and tasted like week old roast beef, there was no guacamole thought it was promised, the beans were undercooked and the rice was cold. Oh, the burrito was cold too. Absolutely awful. Do not order from this place. Ever.

Horrible salad, swimming in dressing. They also gave me the wrong drink (Snapple when I ordered coffee) and said they would send someone out with the correct one but no one ever came.

I ordered at 3:30 am and they showed up at 5:30 am, very very late especially for a small tiny order of nachos that in total cost over $18. NOT HAPPY!

I ordered a veggie burguer and it took 1h30 for them to deliver and still I had to call them. So basically I was starving at 11:50am, made an order and it got here at 01:30. And the burguer was not even that good, really pricy (I paid 14.95 for the burguer + sales tax + $1 tip), so it turned out to be a $17 for just a burguer that took over an hour to gt here. From now on I'm not only not order from Kool Bloo but also make sure to not order from there anymore

Really obnoxious service. When my food hadn't arrived in 45 mins and the delivery estimate had been 15-30 mins, I called them and was informed (after being put on hold for about 5 mins) that it should be arriving any moment. Twenty minutes later, it still had not arrived, and I called back and after another 5 min hold was informed the delivery man had a problem with his bike and spilled the food, at which point they offered me a refund. Why didn't they call to inform me I wouldn't be getting my food immediately when the bike incident happened? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I didn't believe the reviews. Had to try it for myself...I thought, there's no way they would price their milkshakes that high without it being extremely worth it. I was wrong and the reviews were right. I ordered the snickers milkshake and it had no snickers flavor. It's not that it is bad, but I consistently find shakes that are much better and cost half...even a third of their price. Save your money and go somewhere else!

What an unpleasant delivery experience! I came home late from work and decided to order a midnight snack. I went online and was pleased to see that a restaurant on my street was still delivering. I placed my order and waited. And waited. Now, I don't normally give the default tip but since the restaurant was on the same street, I thought it was sufficient. However, unbeknownst to me, (but knownst to the restaurant), the order was sent out to a sister restaurant much further away. An hour later, a surly delivery man arrived and called me "not nice" and "cheap" because it was the default tip when he had to come so far. On top of which, the food was cold and my appetite was soured due to the insulting man.
