took a long time to get delivery. The food was pretty much not edible. Seems like they dont wash their veggies before putting them on sandwiches or they have been sitting around in the heat. I wouldnt order from here again.

As if the food wasn't bad enough, they advertise 10-25 minute delivery to me...it has now been an hour and i've heard nothing!

Ordered chicken and they said they didn't have it and then the order took over an hour to get here. It is an hour now and I'm still waiting. Don't order from here

After two prior experiences in which the delivery time was more than double what was estimated and I received soggy food, I ordered from them again because nobody else was open. Third time was not the charm - 25-40 min estimate, now 1.5 hours late and still not delivered. When I called to ask when I might expect to get the food, the guy hung up on me. Only order if you enjoy waiting several hours to get cold, soggy food.

It took over 2 hours to get my food. When I called to ask what was going on they just screamed at me that it's on its way and I should be patient. Seamless quoted 25-40 minutes.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I placed an order, then 25 min later they call to inform me that they didn't even have 2 of the 3 items I ordered. Finally after I tell them to cancel my order, they tell me to call seamlessweb or my credit card company as they refuse to cancel the order.

i waited over an hour for my delivery despite a 25-40min estimate, and by the time i got the food it was cold. the sauces were a little sweet and syrup-y, not the best kosher chinese ive had.

I am pretty easygoing when it comes to judging a restaurant. I know it's a hard job, I bet dealing with eat-in diners, carryout AND delivery can be a complete nightmare, but this is my second time ordering from this place and I can now say two things with certainty; the 10-25 minute delivery estimate is a sham and the management is rude and inconsiderate. After waiting over an hour for the delivery this second time I called and asked if they'd just cancel the order. No matter what I said he replied "It says it's in transit." I told him I understood but still wanted to cancel my order. He replied "What can I tell you?" and hung up on me. So now I have to go through Seamless to make sure the order gets cancelled and send the delivery guy away when/if he every shows up instead of the restaurant manager making the call to his guy himself.
