They do a superb job with everything - quick delivery, great pizza, fantastic salads, high quality chicken... and the chocolate chip cookies seem like home made toll house.

I'm surprised Krunch has such bad reviews because I love this place!!! The Mac n Cheese pizza and Buffalo Chicken are my favorites I order from here all the time!

I never thought "square pizza" could be so good! Cheese was generous, and the toppings were very tasty. Very healthy ingredients, too (for pizza, anyway).

Okay pizza place that is open late. Buffalo chicken slice was really sloppy and poorly thought out, if at all. Also, pizza comes in squares.

Is there a lower rating than 1 star? how can you review a restaurant when the order never comes? if you expect to eat, don't order from here. Seriously how can you actually run a restaurant, tell patrons you will fulfill a take out order in 30-45 minutes and 2 hours later not send anything? avoid the headache.

Food took over 1 hour to be delivered. Once it did get here - it was cold, soggy and lacking ingredients.

Ordered from here and left special instructions not to call our apartment b/c my roommate was sleeping and the phone connects directly to our room. What do they do? Call our room. And when I call to tell them about it they basically say they don't care. Every time I walk by there it's empty and now I know why.

The pizza is great. The mushroom square and eggplant are my favorites. The side orders and apps are not worth it. But when I crave pizza, this is where I go!

Krunch is my favorite establishment in New York City. It is the only place where you can get an amazing portion of Chicken Parm with Spaghetti of amazing quality for $10. Ten dollars. Mindblowing. All the chicken dishes are great. The Chicken Francese and marsala are wonderful. This place is doing itself a disservice by calling itself a "pizza bar"
