Takes more than 1.5 hours for food to arrive. This is generally great chicken, but not when it's cold and soggy.

I order frequently from them and have had many issues that I would end up canceling the order. The food is usually room temperature when I receive it and the portions are very small but expensive. I do however enjoy the food when it's hot and delivered in a timely manner.

I have been living in NYC for the past 9 years and this is by far the worst delivery experience. All the food was cold. The order was placed at 9.40pm and was delivered cold at 11.00 pm....Absolute and utter nonsense..... the worst dollars ever spent.... but... anyway it was all rubbish, sorry, never again.....and to add insult to injury the delivery guy was rude and non apologetic......

Food is good when received but after an hour and 40 mins with no food it doesn't matter how good it would have been. Save your money - order form somewhere else.

Problem when you read reviews that claim that this place has up to 2 hours delivery time and you think, this could be the exception to the rule. Well almost 2 hours passed now and the food is not here yet. I hope the chicken will be good but def. the first and last time i order from this place. If you are sooo busy that you can not deliver take yourself of seamless, its obvious you do not need the business.

Placed order at 3:37 and was called at 4:08 to be told my food could not be delivered before 6:00! The delivery guy leaves at 4 and the next doesn't come in until 6. NOT COOL KYOCHON, NOT COOL AT ALL.

Don't assume the food will come within the estimated window. I called and the woman said it would take another 30 minutes after the 90 minutes. That is a 2 HOURS FOR SOME CHICKEN.

The grilled wings with the hot and sweet sauce are amazing. Watch out though, they'll burn your tongue off :)
