Bad food and crazy slow (said 30 minutes but took 1 hr 15 minutes). Definitely should avoid.

Do not order from this place unless you do not mind waiting an hour and a half for your delivery order to arrive!! The food is average and definitely NOT worth waiting 90 minutes for a delivery!!!!

Food is always terrific!!! However, the wait for delivery is unbelievable. Thus far, over an hour, and still waiting. Moreover, when I call in to inquire I am simply told that it's a busy night and it will be there soon. No exact time, no credit, nothing. I continue to order from here since I really love the food, but expect to wait a while for your dinner.

Was eager for the fresh veggie roll and panang chicken, but felt the flavors weren't worth the 45-60 minute wait. The veggies were fresh, and the peanut sauce was great, so I'd consider trying another dish.

Seriously the worst Pad Thai I have had in NY. There was no sauce whatsoever and two pieces of chicken.

Horrible service. Took them 90 minutes to deliver when they quoted 45. When I called after an hour, they claimed the wait was because it was raining outside (?), which was a blatant lie- the skies were clear without a raindrop to be found. They assured me it was on the way and would arrive shortly. After 20 more minutes, I called back, and they admitted that they had lied to me before, but THIS time it really was on the way. After 20 MORE minutes, the delivery guy finally showed up- with the wrong food. Don't EVER order from here, it's not worth the headache.

Delivery took longer then the indicated time. 1 hour and 10 minutes for a few dishes is way too long. Crab rangoon had 1/4 teaspoon crab mixture in it, other food was so so. Highly disappointing. Only good thing was that the coconut soup. Sadly this was the highest reviewed place in my area for Thai - never ordering again.

Terrible delivery, food and experience as a whole. After an hour+ of waiting and a phone call later, food arrives cold, bland and charred. Will never order from Lemongrass Grill again-- terrible restaurant.

Decent food but took over 2 hours to deliver ( the biking route on Google showed 6 min ETA and it takes me 15 min to walk over).

Don't order from here!! The delivery estimates are NEVER correct and food regularly takes over 2 hours to arrive. Won't give this restaurant another chance. There are too many better quality Thai restaurants to waste your time with this one.

After waiting approximately 45 minutes for my order to arrive, i called the restaurant to check on it and was told it was on it's wait. About 20 minutes later my food still had not arrived, so i called back. This time I was told that they had made a mistake and never sent my food. I asked if they could please make it and send it immediately, but this was not possible, as the kitchen was closed (note that if they had actually checked on my order the first time i called, they could have still made my dinner). They offered me a great solution - they would send me the food the next night. That's not so helpful to me when it's 11pm on a Monday night in the Financial District and I need food to eat for dinner. I then asked that they return my money, and when they said i needed to call seamless web myself, i asked that they please handle it since it was their mistake. They said they would call seamless web and then call me back to confirm. of course i never heard anything, so i called the next day to follow up, and again was told i needed to deal with it myself. Which i did (and i appreciate seamlessweb's assistance). I understand that people make mistakes, but i have an issue with the fact that this restaurant did nothing to rectify their error.
