I wish there were half stars because it is really a 31/2. Service is great, I feel like they have their delivery system down. Quality varies....I badly want the burger to be something other than pink mush. I love the wings though and the meatloaf is fantastic and ends up being two meals.

The food is usually a little cool when it arrives. Delivery takes ages and it's pretty common for the order to be made wrong or for something to be missing.

Normally a wonderful choice for delivery albeit overpriced. However after ordering the life burger which came pink and mushy in the centre, I called the restaurant. They were very kind and offered to make me a new burger. Of course this would also mean I would have to tip twice. Anyhow second burger comes, pinker and mushier then the first one. Still staff are very nice, but two pink mushy burgers and two tips later, kinda kill your appetite.

Overall I would say that the food here is really good. However, they are reaching a little bit when they say that they have the best wings in Brooklyn. I like that the sauce comes on the side so that the wings are not soggy but , if you like spicy wings, you have to go with the hottest they have to even have a tinge of hotness. I would say good but I have had better.

Horrible cold food and delivery takes over an hour no matter what time of day or where you live or are ordering from. I hate that it is usually the only late night option around and I've had to season my own food. Shockingly, eating in results in substantially better food but if you're going out don't waste your time go to another spot around Bushwick or Williamsburg it won't be a waste of your money.

Our 90 min delivery order was low quality diner at best. The cookie that was to be the highlight our our meal was missing due to inaccurate order taking. The whole thing was a mistake that will not be repeated. - Unhappy and Cookieless

The food arrived late, which I didn’t mind, but then the delivery guy refused to bring the food up when I asked him to and then rudely said I had to go down and collect it (seeing as I had already tipped them via online payment I was annoyed by this). Then when I got to the food, the "best wings in brooklyn" where average at best. In a nutshell the food was bad and the service was worse! I wont be ordering from here again!

Life is two blocks away from my house, and on one of my cleaning days I decided to treat myself to delivery. I ordered at around 1:00pm on a Thursday, knowing I had to be at work at 4:00pm. Plenty of time, right? Nope. Life never made it to my house. I called the restaurant three times and each time the delivery guy was supposedly on his way. I know they normally take a long time, but this last experience was just too much. Their tuna sandwich is delicious but it's not worth the hour you'll wait for it.
