I should have listened to the reviews. What a disappointment. Food is SO bad. Chicken was cold and the "truffle fries" had no truffle oil on it. Portions are teeny-tiny! At least the delivery time was decent. Spend your money somewhere else. You will be disappointed if you order from here.

I will NEVER order from Lina Frey again. They did not deliver my food and did not even bother to call me to let me know that they would not be delivering my food. TERRIBLE customer service. They should not be allowed to be on Seamless Web.

Food is very good, but the portion is way too small. They also had to call me twice about not having certain ingredients such as spinach. Then why is it on the menu?????

I ordered crepes and french fries. The crepes would have been good if my food had not been cold when it arrived. The fries would not have been good either way. My food was over 45 minutes late. When I called to ask about my order status, the woman at Lina Frey could not have been less pleasant. She was rude and abrasive and said it was not her problem and there was nothing she could do about it. When I called a second time, she was even ruder and said "I am as perfect as you are. There is nothing I can do." As I mentioned before, when the food finally arrived it was ice cold.

Food was ok. Way overpriced for what we ordered. Can get better crepes around the corner for 1/2 the price. Also, the quiche isn't your standard quiche - it is more like a crepe.

So disappointing. Food was cold and took forever to be delivered even though I live about 3 blocks away. Would've been nice if they mentioned that the food was tapa style...then I would've known to expect a very small plate.

Honestly bad. Maybe better if you eat in, but as far as delivery goes, this is miserable. If they even put in the effort to poke holes in their tinfoil, maybe the fries wouldn't have arrived as a soggy mass. It was like they were trying to get back into potato form. The ribs were utterly flavorless, and the blue cheese salad is bacon, not pancetta. Ordered twice and both times stank--burger was inedible.

I've been intrigued by this place since it opened. Mostly because of the retractable roof inside :). But also because it's been getting good user reviews on various sites. So I decided to give it a shot on Seamless Web. I ordered quite a bit of food in order to sample a range of dishes. Figured I'd save the rest for later. Instead I took a few bites and threw it all away. it seems the kitchen made the food right away and it sat around for an hour before going out. As a result, it was mushy and uneatable when it arrived. Every place has a bad day--especially new ones. I'm happy to try it in-person but I'll never order delivery again.
