took 1.5 hrs to deliver food. waited 10 mins to get someone on phone to answer a question. terrible.

Food arrived an hour late. Soup and French Fries were cold. Sandwich was a soggy mess, except for the Chicken which was dry. "Wild" rice pilaf did not have wild rice. Possibly my worst delivery experience ever.
