Michaels Deli

What????? This deli has been delivering to me for two years, and suddenly they don't deliver to my address?? That's really too bad, and a good way to lose a LOT of business.

Pros: good fries, didn't wait too long for delivery. Cons: they didn't have exactly what I ordered (but they did call and I got something else instead), and the delivery guy pressured me for another tip (despite the fact I gave a decent one via Seamless. Funny thing is I said "Fine, hold on" and went to get a dollar and when I got back 30 seconds later he was gone. wth?)

Worst bagels I've had in NYC. Flat as an English muffin and the cream cheese was spread so thin it was absorbed in the bagel by the time it arrived. Delivery was slow too - estimated 15 minutes but took nearly an hour. Never again.

everything in the bag was smashed and the containers were broken open. Mashed potatos everywhere! Tried to call, but was not able to get through. Never again.

I had previously rated Michaels higher, however, I need to change that after todays order. The breakfast is good, we would order that again. The Italian Sub that we got was not good at all. The meat was brown around the edges and had a weird taste. I had 2 bites and threw out the rest. Very disappointing.

Lobster Bisque Soup is creamy & delicious with no added pepper or spices to get in the way -- only thing we order here.

Where do I begin? This was really one of the worst delivery experience I've ever had. The salad must have been made yesterday, as the cucumbers were translucent. My salad also had onions in it, even though it wasn't mentioned on the online menu. My brownie was SO disgusting! It literally made me feel like I was going to puke after one bite. The chocolate part was chaulky, oily and bitter. I also ordered tiramisu. I couldn't get past one bite. It tasted like it might have been in a display freezer for at least a week. It also wasn't tiramisu. It was like a tiramisu-inspired pie, which isn't what I wanted. On a good note, the delivery was fast and although my sandwich wasn't tasty, the bread wasn't stale. I won't order from here again, even if I'm desperate.

The baguette was dry and tough...the lettuce was the middle hard white part...and the brie cheese still had the white casing on it...

Delivery was very very late. When I called they said it would be right here, showed up after another half an hour. Over 45 minutes late. Will never order from here again.
