Good food but overpriced and slow delivery

I do really like the food, but they always take an hour + to deliver. Don't order if you are starving! Actually, this order I had to call the restaurant because the delivery guy REFUSED to come upstairs and wanted me to run down and get the food. It is an elevator building and all you have to do is press the buzzer and walk into the elevator.

The food is good for healthy food, but they've screwed my order twice in a row now - I added turkey meatballs to the order and none were delivered. The first time, they said on the phone that they'd refund that part of the bill - never happened. The second time, they said I had to call seamless for a refund. Very unprofessional handling of a situation they screwed up in the first place. I order from them pretty regularly, but will now be looking at other options.

I've been really happy with my first few orders here - the food is healthy, tasty and arrives quickly. The delivery guys are also very nice (as opposed to other places that seem to want to throw your food at you and run when they show up). My only "issue" is every time my food shows up, the sauce has leaked all over the place. It isn't the end of the world but I end up papering my desk in napkins to avoid a huge mess. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars!

Awful. They list their fish dishes under "vegetarian." That's a stretch but, as a pescatarian, I'll let it slide. The description of what I ordered said it had Cajun-spiced fish, lettuce, tomatoes, scallions, and a no-cal sauce. All of those things were true but the fish was also covered in HAM slices. Are you serious? Nowhere in the description was it indicated that my food was going to be covered in pork product AND the dish was listed (perhaps incorrectly, but still not a terrible indiscretion) under the "vegetarian" heading of the menu. I will not be ordering from here again. When I called about it, they were very rude.

DON't ORDER! While the food is generally good there the delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Have had food delivered twice now and both times it was delivered late and incomplete.

I like the quality and they've been pretty relaible. Healthy, tasty options. For the truly calorie conscious, note that many of the entrees are coonsidered double portions.

MMG is a great option for people who want to eat healthy. My company pays for us to order lunch everyday and most of the times the food can be very fattening and high in calories. By ordering food from MMG I know that there are no added fats and I always know my calorie intake. It's not the most amazing food in NYC, but there definitely are some good options. I like the Godfather, Chicken Ceasar Salad and the Penne Vodka with Chicken. Sometimes I sub shrimp instead of chicken for lower calories, and it's pretty good. Generally about 6 medium/large sized shrimp. I order from here all the time!

Ordered my food with an expected wait time of 35 - 50 minutes. 2 hours later I had no food so I called and was assured my order had already been sent out and would arrive within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I was still did not have my order and the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes so I called and was given no explanation as to where my food was and was offered no apology except the offer to cancel my order. Too many restaurants on Seamless to have to put up with this, will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery took an hour and food was freezing. However, the worst thing about this meal was that nothing was sealed and balsamic dressing from my salad was on everything and dripping out of the bag. I enjoy Muscle Maker Grill, but it clearly is not good to get delivered
