I ordered 2 hamburgers and had to only wait 15 minutes from the original 20-25 expected time. They both came plain with fries, (after asking for the hamburgers to be dressed), but I honestly was very disappointed in the quality of the product. It was very reminiscent of the Sysco style hamburgers from school lunches. I think the restaurants forte is pizza, not hamburgers.
