The burger looked delicious - was a fairly big burger and the bacon and roasted onions looked great. However, was disappointed when I bit in and discovered that the patty was severely overcooked -- I'd ordered it medium but it was more than well done. Ended up eating it because I was starving, but towards the end it just started tasting rubbery. This was my first time ordering from here, so maybe it was just a fluke, but I probably won't order from here again. The fries were good though

Overall the food is good. However, we've gotten a couple deliveries recently when they forget the sauces. The receipt on our bag do not have sauces, but when you call the restaurant, they say its on their receipt, but possible issue with the kitchen.

Don't bother ordering milkshakes, they're totally liquid by the time they get to you.

The food came cold, the veggie burger was not flavorful. I'm guessing the fries would have been good hot. Would not recommend, will not order again.

This is an updated review. Consistency seems to have improved a lot over the past year, they don't forget items/extras as often as it used to happen. This is our go to burger place. The burgers and shakes are great. Also like the side salad with the cucumber dill dressing. The fries don't seem to travel that well, but are OK.

The burger was tastelesss and they forgot the sauce for my sweet potato fries, which were also lacking flavor. I ordered unsweetened tea, and yet I was given sweetened. It wasn't bad, but not what I ordered.

My favorite is New York Cheeseburger with Avocado. I usually added fried potato and chocolate shake. Chocolate shake is one of the best in NY, in my opinion:)

Ordered in the amount of time they said they would, and their onion rings are awesome! Got the SoHo burger, tasty and decently sized. I love the bread that they use.

Salad was inedible. Was filled with cranberries for some reason, even though it wasn't in the description. Everything was too sweet, hamburger and hot dog buns and onion rings, which was so sugary. Awful food.

I order for pickup and per usual the food is prepared by the time I arrive to pickup. I find it more easier to order online. They also do a great job with packaging so my food doesn't take much abuse by the time I get home.

They usually screw up your order if you have any sort of special instructions, if it's something as small as "Extra sauce" or "no tomatoes" to "No bun"

Ordered the Bowery Burger & Fries: Asked for all sauces on the side, but they still put it on my burger so the bun and "crispy" onions came out soggy. Burger came out VERY rare (asked for Med Rare) Would give the fries 4 stars! Some of the best I've had in NY! Delivered fast in 20 min. Sauces lack flavor.

Very solid burger, good fries (though small portion). I live pretty close to the place though, so the fact that delivery has always been relatively prompt may not apply to other locations.
