I order here for lunch frequently for pickup orders. Their lunch specials are one of the best deals in midtown. I enjoy the food. The staff is attentive. The packaging is also very careful. I would recommend this restaurant.

I am embarrassed to say that I neglected to read any reviews before ordering from here yesterday and I can say I'm obviously not alone in my experience. An average review of 5 stars really fooled me! The delivery time estimate was already outrageously long (75-90 minutes? Really?) but the food actually arrived completely cold, AFTER 2.5 HOURS. We only ordered 3 items (appetizers), and one of them was wrong! I will NEVER, EVER order from them again. I normally increase from the default tip but I can't believe of all places Outback has the gall to implement their own default tip! By far the WORST experience I have had through Seamless and with a food delivery, ever.

Decent food in restaurant but lousy delivery service. Restaurant listed 30-45 minute delivery time, but when I got my confirmation email it said 75-90 minutes. After 90 minutes waiting I called the restaurant. They said the delivery person had been gone so long, they were worried he was in an accident and would call him. They called back to say he was outside my building. I questioned the delivery person who said that he had not been gone long. No one told him there was an order waiting, and that the bag had been sitting in the restaurant. So someone, not sure who, was lying. The food was stone cold.

Horrible service... Food arrived an hour later as a partial order and ice cold. When I called to let the restaurant know, I waited 20 minutes before speaking to a manager. Had to wait yet another 45 minutes for the food.

While I have rarely had a bad experience while dining in the restaurant, their delivery service could really use some work. I ordered the porterhouse steak (rare) but what I got was a dry, tough, nearly well-done piece of meat that had very little flavor. The salad and potato were good, but then again, it is hard to mess those up. For what I paid for the steak, I would hope that it would have been much closer to rare than well-done - it's not that hard!

The food was mediocre at best. I enjoy their food when I eat at the restaurant, but it took so long for delivery, that my food was cold. They also forgot silverware and napkins, and the portions were pretty skimpy. Clearly they make you include 18% tip knowing that their service is so terrible that they would receive no tip otherwise. one redeaming factor was their bread. You need to make sure you ask for it, but its quite tasty so don't forget that bread and butter.

Not only do they charge an extra $3 for delivery, it took 1hr 45 minutes for the food to get here. If that's not bad enough, there weren't any utensils or napkins for my <cold> salmon
