It's good! Solid Thai. Nice portions, well made and each dish retains its unique flavor. More than I can say for most local Hells Kitchen Thai.

Flavorful pad thai. With the seamless 20% off coupon I was afraid there would be a long wait but food arrived half hour ahead of the 60-75 min estimated delivery time. Tom Ka soup was also good though a little too sweet. Overall not bad for thai delivery in the neighborhood.

I ordered V2. Stir-Fried Broccoli with Soy Sauce (extra chicken) and was very disappointed. I knew it was trouble when I opened it and saw ash gray chicken - a sure sign of being cooked to death. The sauce was bland. The broccoli was undercooked. Not worth the $11.89.

Too salty. Way too salty. The quality between delivery and eat-in is way too different. Especially when Seamless offers a discount, the quality and quantity of food from Pam Thai drops dramatically, kind of working against this whole point of discount to draw more happy customers. Not going to order from them again. There're 23 other Thai restaurants in the neighborhood.

I like this thai place for its vegetarian options (they do veggie duck), but if you want brown rice instead of white, you have to be clear that it's in place of white rice, b/c they just sent me both brown and white, and charged me extra for brown (extra as in a side dish). I don't want white rice! Went straight into trash. Also, their menu is wrong when it says "beans and tofu" in the vegetarian section. I called and told them to change it before, b/c if I knew it was "bean sprouts and tofu" I'd never order it. I want beans, not bean sprouts. They haven't changed it yet and it's been a few months.

Great food. Unfortunately, the 30-45 minute delivery window they arguably observe is all but a dream. Waited for more than an hour for the food to arrive. Third time it happened, so I thought I'd give them one * only.

Some of the best Thai food I've had! The massaman curry tastes exactly like it should, the Pad Thai was some of the most flavorful I've had in NYC and the delivery was on time. Definitely ordering from here the next time I crave Thai food!

I've ordered from here almost a dozen times, and the delivery has always been prompt! Always within half an hour. THE BEST Massaman curry I've had in NYC so far (not too spicy, but super flavorful), and AWESOME curry noodle soup (also, not too spicy, but flavorful). The Pad Thai is also very satisfying. My go-to Thai delivery place from now on!!
