I was so happy to find a cuban restaurant in my area. I really liked this place a few years ago, but it had gone under. Every time I order the service and quality has gotten worse. The Mexican soup was my favorite, it used to have many different vegetables and a nice slice of lime in it. Now its just some roasted red peppers (which probably came from a can) fews slices of avocado and a thin slice of lemon. Very disappointing.

Nasty and over priced. Never again. Delivery took over an hour when I am only 10 minutes away.

Pathetic service - they promised to deliver within 45 minutes - the food arrived after 70 mins - after calling the restaurant at least 3 times. When it arrived, the food and coffee were cold - the delivery man didn't understand anything we said in English and did not make any attempt to explain why he was so late. When we complained, no satisfactory explanation was provided - and it was promised that we'll receive credit back for the cofee - till date, we have not received the credit.

What a disappointment. The food is terrible, and it is astoundingly overpriced. We just "finished" our dinner (we threw much of it away), and virtually everything we had was affirmatively bad -- and the prices (which seemed high when ordering) were even more staggering when we saw the portions and tasted the quality. We ordered two tamales: one spicy chicken and one pork. When I saw the SIX dollar price tag originally, I thought you might get two per order-- nope. The only way we could tell them apart was by the spice - the pork, if it was pork , was indistinguishable from the stringy chicken, and both were drenched in what tasted like a mayo-laden russian dressing. We also ordered two empanadas: one turkey and one spinach. They clearly had been microwaved. The ratio of crust to filling was way off, they were overly bready, and the fillings of each was unremarkable (the turkey actually tasted bad). There was a $4.50 cup of yellow rice. The guacamole, at NINE dollars, was a small plastic deli container in size. I thought they were kidding when I saw it. It was admittedly the only thing that I thought was acceptable in terms of taste, but my wife really disliked it, and the "tortilla chips" that it came with were toasted pieces of pita bread! I can't imagine how this place stays open. Avoid it.

One hour and 20 minutes and my food still isn't here. Now they aren't picking up the phone.

I have to change my review. I still do believe in the food here but the service may be the worst service in the entire downtown area. I placed my order at 2PM (on a sat with confirmation received at 2:02PM) where the waited list time was 30-45 minutes. It is now 3:30 and there is still no food. I called at 3:03PM to inquiire and they said it was on the way. They are 3 blocks away. I write all this because it happens way too often especially when the owner is not present. Beware. Food will be cold and you will be hungry.

Really nice fish, but would have preferred pieces instead of a big fillet on the tortilla. Would ditch the fancy salad greens and shredded carrots and stick w/just iceburg lettuce. Also: get a side of salsa, by the time the food gets to you, it's a little dry dry. Jury's out on whether I would order this again.

First time I've ordered from Pan Latin. Tried the empanadas. They were the worst I've ever had. $4.25 each. It's BPC so the price didn't surprise me that much. But they were inedible. The tuna is from a can and smelly. I thought the turkey was the beef. The dough was like pizza dough. They were more like strange calzone. I still feel a little sick. On the plus side, they were pretty fast and they were really hot when they arrived. Can you judge a Latin resto by it's empanadas? I don't know, but I'm not going to find out... sorry for the bad review.

The food is very good, however, the service is very dissapointing. Despite the fact that I live only a few blocks away it takes an hour and a half to get the food delivered. The estimated time is 30-45 minutes, yet they take an hour longer and it has happened several times already. Ususally by the time the food arrives, I'm not hungry.

Never felt the need to review a place, but this place was sooo bad and so overpriced. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it was so bland and terrible. Seriously, how can you mess up a chicken noodle soup. Also ordered the chicken and rice, same thing. Bland, terrible, and overpriced.

Arrived after an hour and a half. The Mozzarepa was soggy and bland. The Presando/Veggie Sandwich was too full of raw vegetables. So annoyed I ordered from this place given all the other good options available.

Used to be very good. Has definitely lower its quality, service, and most importantly, taste. A shame to loose one of the few Hispanic places in the area
