This place used to be my favorite place for a quick sandwich. Lately, the service and food have gotten worse. Now, when I order my favorite grilled pannini, it's obvious it wasn't grilled at all. The cheese was still in cold slices. When I asked for roasted red pepper, I used to get delicious deep red bits of pepper, and now get one pale slice in the whole sandwich. I will probably not be ordering from here again.

My chicken noodle soup only had one tiny cube of chicken in it; it was basically "noodle soup". Delivery is fast and I like the Italian Panini.
