PD O'Hurley's

Good food, but they screw up my order EVERY time! How hard is it to ask for a side of ranch dressing? They end up not putting it in my sandwich and not giving it to me on the side. So annoying.

Wings tasted old and frozen. Served with tartar sauce on the side when we requested ranch dressing. Quality has gone down from previous order of same dish.

This restaurant is not set up to handle deliveries. We tried to order from them. Our confirmation said food would be delivered within 35-50 minutes. After 75 minutes we called to ask where it was. The person who answered said "Oh, yeah, we were out of one of the items you ordered so we didn't fill your order." No call. No email. No effort to contact Seamless Web. Just ignored it.

Burger arrived luke-warm and bun was soggy. Had to eat the burger with a knife and fork, yuk.

The wings were dry and the 1/2 lb Black Angus Burger was blah. They ignored all of my condiment requests. They also took 30 minutes to accept my order. I'm not crazy about this place.
