I've ordered here three or four times; each time I order, I wonder: Should I give up on this place, or give it another chance? The food is incredibly salty. And this is from a person who likes salt. Otherwise: unremarkable.

Excellent food. Packaging neatly averts the soggy bruschetta problem that afflicts many deliveries.

This place is off the chain. Best bruschetta I've had on seamless, linguine alle vongole is spectacular.

I ordered a margarita pizza with chicken, and I got a regular pizza with mozzarella cheeze and chicken. The chicken was alright, but for $22 I expected an actual margarita pizza: just mozz and sauce, as well as some basil. The delivery was relatively quick (about 45 min, 45-60 min est) but the pizza was completely destroyed when it got here (half the cheeze slid off etc.). Definitely will not be ordering again.

Food is great. Delivery takes about an 60 to 75 minutes, but it's worth it.

We LOVE Piccola Positano!!! What a treat to have Italian food this good delivered--and the prices are totally reasonable. Toto, I don't think we're in New York anymore.

This outstanding new Italian on E. 4th and B came as a terrific surprise. It's been open for about 3 weeks and despite the huge variety of great Italian restaurants in the neighborhood, I've already ordered delivery 4 times and eaten at the restaurant on 3 different occasions. Yes, I like this place so much that I've ordered all those times, even with Supper and Il Bagatto on 2nd Street, Perbacco effectively across the street, Lavagna on 5th and B and with places like Frankie's Spuntino and Max around the corner. What's good? When it comes to brunch, you'll have to try the omlette with mushrooms, fresh mozzarella and a touch of tomato sauce. It's life-changing. For dinner, try some of the perfectly al dente pasta dishes, like the Tagliatelle, the Pappardelle ai Funghi or even the Americanized Rigatoni. I haven't had the chance to try a fish or poultry dish yet, but that's next on my list. The large venue allows for a large fired pizza oven, which is why the fresh bread is so mind-numbingly outstanding. In addition to your standard extra-virgin olive oil, ask for a side of the tomato sauce. I haven't tried the pizza yet, either, but I'll update this review when I have.

Everything tastes succulent, fresh, and authentic. The fegatini was cooked to perfection for a home-cooked taste, the linguine alle vongole was delicate, light yet flavorful and clams fresh without tainting the dish with an "ocean" taste. I was daring and tried the Caruso Pizza. Its a heavy dish as one could expect with eggs and potatoes, but surprisingly good combo. Reminds me of New Haven's Bar pizza potato pizza. The crust was a little too soft for my take but the staff seems flexible to order modifications and didn't hassle over fees.
