Seamless should really monitor the 'estimated delivery time' vs actual delivery time and change the listings accordingly. The 15-30 minute mark was WAY off, as I ordered an hour ago and am still waiting. And from the looks of the reviews my fellow seamless webbers have all had the same issue. Why did this place win an award? WTF, Seamless?

We will NEVER order from this place again. We called to check in on our order, after it was an HOUR LATE...and who ever answered the phone was an arrogant, rude, and talked over us. Then hung up on us before we could even finish what we were explaining. Never again!

Ordered a pizza and never got delivered after an hour and a half. Called and they passed the blame to Seamless. Seamless made things right. Kudos to Seamless!

Ordered a large, they showed up with a small and it looked like the delivery guy carried it under his arm. Try Bella Napoli instead, you'll be glad you did.

Overpriced for what it is - hardly 'gourmet'. The shrimp are tiny and scarce, and they don't seem to use fresh mozzarella.

Pizza 33 has horrible service. They are completely unapologetic about taking over an hour to deliver a pizza 5 blocks away. Pizza always arrives cold (and sometimes doesn't arrive at all). In summary, they are the worst ever.

We order for lunch about twice a month and it's always good. This time it was over a hour after they said it would be delivered and it was cold and not how we ordered it. I'll give it another go but it was just disappointing.

Pizza 33 is down the block but it's expensive for just me to spend 15 bucks on pizza so when seamless gave a 25% discount, I took the opportunity. Terrible idea. They brought me the wrong salad and they didn't provide any silverware. When I called to say something, they argued with me that a caprese salad is only supposed to come with one slice of tomato and the rest with raddichio and no mozzarella. They continued to argue and it's late and I really didn't feel like making a big deal so I just said I'd get my money back from seamless and that's that. At that point the argumentative man put his manager on the phone who continued to argue on the other guy's behalf. He said he'd bring me a new salad and that they never provide silverware unless you request it. I've never written a bad review on seamless but this was just unforgivable. On top of it, the pizza tasted terrible - don't get the sausage, it's completely flavorless. Not worth the headache. I should say that they did end up bringing me a new salad that looks completely different than the original one they brought me - though, I'm a little weary of eating it because who knows what might have been done to it. So I guess the fact that seamless mandates one star is okay because it can apply to this.

Ordered margherita pizza and a goat cheese salad. Got a cold pizza and warm meat lovers calzone. Called the restaurant, and got "what do you want me to do about it - it's rainy and you're far..." as a response. Pizza was good once reheated, but should I have to do that?
