The food is good but the costumer service is so awful it makes the entire experience absolutely disgusting. The girl who's answering the phone is full of useless attitude and unable to support and assist. It's a real shame because the food is pretty amazing. Costumer service is key: if the food arrives at the client's door over an hour late, the restaurant has to take responsibility and actions. Adding an extra Sprite to the bag, a word of understanding over the phone would've fix the problem.

Had an incomplete order...one of them was cheese & fries but never received the fries. Tried to call them up to see if I could have my fries delivered since they were PAID, call went straight to a automatic machine. Never ordering here again.

My order was incomplete despite the fact that I was charged for everything. Grilled chicken sandwich was missing the bacon I paid for and the soda did not show up either. Also this place is only a few blocks from my apartment and despite that the onion rings showed up soggy. Will not be ordering from here again.

I put in an order. An hour went by, and I received no confirmation email so I called. "We weren't logged into Seamless." No apology, no nothing. What the f*ck is wrong with these idiots? You're not logged into Seamless?? Are you stupid? Apparently. I won't be ordering from here again.

I think these burgers are awesome. Similar to In-n-Out for those of you from CA. Of course, nothing comes close to an actual In-N-Out double double, but these are fresh and good and have a similar sauce. Delivery was pretty good. Portions are small (even though they give you two mini-burgers, I need two orders to be sated) and it's not cheap.

Awful, overcooked burger with congealed cheese and stale bun. Fries were greasy, mushy and cold. Onion rings were unrecognizable but I know we ordered them, so I'm guessing that's what that was. Can of Diet Coke was the highpoint of this meal.
