POP Burger

Tried to call and ask where my (late) order was. Was put on hold for 4 minutes before I hung up to dial them again. I called back, to which the individual responded, "We are very busy, please call back in 5 minutes"- and hung up. She obviously had no intention of picking up my original call from hold. Didn't get closure until I called back a third time...and had to wait 30 more minutes. Needless to say, you wont be busy with my orders any more...

Something is always wrong with my order - 3 times in a row now. And they're not very speedy - I went in to pick up a seamless order and 15 minutes after it was supposed to have been ready they hadn't even started it - in fact they didn't know they even had an order. I had to bring it up on my phone while they scrutinized it, pondered it, and finally turned their computer on to find indeed there were orders. This place is close to my work so I've returned out of convenience but it never ends up being convenient because there is always a problem.

I am very disappointed in the order I received..while the restaurant delivered the right items, they did not arrive prepared as requested. The pop burgers apparently come with lettuce, tomato and a mayo-based type of 'secret sauce' none of which I eat/like on my burgers. It would have been helpful if this was included in the item description so I knew to request that these items not be included. Also, I requested ketchup and mustard for all of the items I ordered all that were included was a few packs of ketchup. Finally the tater tots look as if they went from the fyer directly into the packaging without being drained of the excess oil....the food tastes fine, but there was no mind for detail and the food just isn't worth the prices...$9 for two 3-inch diameter burgers that I didn't even eat...no thank you.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! unfortunately, i can't submit a no star review. the food is good, and that is what made me ignore the awful service (repeatedly) for weeks but it has gotten to be too much. orders never arrive, orders get screwed up and not fixed, etc. i complain every time but there is never any improvement. it is a nightmare for a corporate account too. if you dont care about the accuracy or timeliness of the order, then go ahead.

Love the Pop Burgers and the Gobble, Gobble Burgers. The fries and onion rings are always fresh, never soggy. The Cobb salad is just right.

While the burger flavor (there are two that arrive in a cute little box) is good, the sizing of them (think amuse bouche) in comparision to the price of $7 hardly renders the sense that you have gotten your moneys worth! It is so tiresome that food preparers in NYC think they can justify outrageous prices simply because they exist within its geographical limits.
