I ordered chicken tikka which was just ok. The naan however sucked. So flat and thin. So hard. Not soft & warm like it should be. So disappointing

Delivery took a standard amount of time - no complaints there. I had a basic chicken tikka masala meal and it was a bit bland in a quite watery sauce. Not bad, but not the most flavorful option in the neighborhood. Will try another place next time.

I thought the food was really delicious...and you get a lot of food for the price. Will order from them again! Got the samosa chat and chicken vindaloo

Gone way downhill. I've been a loyal fan of Prince since they opened, but their service and quality of food has really declined...while their prices have gone up. Twice that I've noticed in the last 8 months. I ordered my standard: mixed lunch special (chicken tikka masala and chana masala) and both were completely flavorless. I don't mind at all that it's sitting on a buffet before it comes to me, something like that, if the heat is maintained properly has the potential to become really flavorful, but it has to have some flavor to start with. (And for the record, I ordered after they'd only been open for 30 minutes or so.) The only good part of my meal, besides the $1.10 naan (another random raise in price but still a great deal) was the veggie samosa, though they did lean a little to the hot side, especially compared to the flavorless watery tasting tikka masala. After hearing that the quality of the food was inconsistent and not always worth the rise in price, I wanted to give them one last shot, but I'm done. I should have listened to my instincts and ordered from Namaste instead.

Horrid! Nothing more to say, food has no flavor or aroma.

Lots of fat. Obviously when you stew, you don't use prime cuts, but when I received the lamb vindaloo, there was more fat than meat. I ordered the "whole" (vs. the "half"), and it was barely enough for one person - but then again, you couldn't eat half of it. Have had better, have had worse - seems like they cut too many corners to come in as the cheapest indian food in the area.

Amazing Indian treat. Friendly service, and genuine food, made fresh. Until Prince we were surely lacking for an Indian restaurant in the Ditmars area and this place is GREAT. Lots of vegetarian choices. Try the Samosa Chat, and Saag Paneer. Garlic Naan is delicious too but a little over priced. Best deal is just the regular Naan for $1/ea.

Because they are closer to my location, and relatively quick with delivery, I tend to order from them when I'm super hungry and don't want to wait. Their food tends to be on the oily/greasy side though. Their vege platter is a great portion size for the price; but again, doesn't taste very healthy. Their onion kulcha is delicious - fluffy and generous with the onions. I equate Prince as "Indian Fast-Food". Sometimes you're in the mood for greasy McDonald's... this is greasy Indian cuisine.

The lamb curry and garlic naan are great, but I feel it's a little overpriced for what you get. Also, veggie samosas were not a crowd pleaser at my house. Fast delivery!

Unfortunately, this place doesn't offer authentic food at all. As someone who has frequently traveled to India, I barely recognized some of their dishes. The pakoras didn't even look close to any pakora I've ever eaten in my life. Try a different place for real Indian cuisine!

It's making me give a star... If I could I would give them NO stars. Unpalatable, slow and I didn't get what I want.

number one, it is SUCH a blessing to have a desi restaurant in our neighborhood but number two, it's so exciting that the food is DELICIOUS and flavourful and fresh and a wonderful value for such huge portions!
