Pyramida Grill

It was good but unlike any moussaka I've ever experienced. I wondered if they gave me the wrong order... Also, I got no dressing with my greek salad.

did not follow special order instructions, did not include hot sauce as requested, worst felafel ever- tasted like everything else that had been in the fryer, sent wrong soup, whole order was a waste

no joke, literally inedible chicken shwarma. ive had a lot in my day, but this was just plain not good... i've never posted a review before about anything but felt it necessary to warn people about this. we had eaten there once before and it was OK, but the delivery last night was just some bad food....

Food isnt bad, that is if you can get it. Third time ordering...everytime before then the order came over an hour and half late. Now this time, waited over an hour and half, and just never received my order. Had to email a cancellation. Hands down the worst delivery service restaurant to order from on Seamless.com.

food is good.....service is horrible! $1.50 for a 2oz side of tazikki? 1 hour and 15 minutes wait for my lunch and when I called I was told that it is my fault I dont understand that I have to check the box for extra sauce....WHAT BOX???? ever hear of calling the customer? Will not be ordering here again...do yourself a favor and do the same

We order from here at least 4x a week. While delivery CAN be slow through seamless web (you are much better off calling in your order), the food is DELICIOUS! Chicken shish kabob sandwich is SO good and seriously addicting. If the delivery wasn't so slow, I'd have given it 5 stars.

DISGUSTING. That's all that can be said about this place between the delivery time (waited over an hour for barely luke warm food and soggy, tasteless "seasoned fries"), the horrible tasting food (chicken shwarma plate and gyro platter) and the horrendous customer service. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars, they don't deserve even one. When the food arrived and we discovered that we were missing a side from each dish, we called the restaurant (this was the 2nd time after having to call after an hour of waiting when they advertise for a 30-45 min wait) to inform them of the missing side dishes and the man proceeds to tell me that they don't offer any side with those dishes and they also don't sell it anymore. I asked when the menu was last updated, he told me every week (yeah right) Fine, you don't offer it anymore but try calling the customer to tell them or at least offer some sort of compensation for the error. He then tells me to call Seamless and complain and that "he would too". For the quality of food, or lack there of, outside of everything else, it was most certainly NOT worth what they were charging. After barely eating anything we're now stuck with upset stomachs and thanks to Seamless (because they actually have customer service) we got a full refund. Bottom line, stay away from this place and save your money and your stomach from disappointment.

AWFUL. This restaurant's food and delivery time are terrible and should be avoided at all costs! Look at the reviews - they simply do not deliver orders placed through seamless web. Why this restaurant is even on this site is a mystery. Try Beyoglu or A La Turka. MUCH better.
