I order from Quantum Leap regularly. The food is excellent but the service is not. For example, tonight they forgot to include part of my order. When I called them to inquire, they told me it would be sent immediately. The order never came and the restaurant is now closed. Very disappointing. It is not the first time this type of thing has happened. Always a shame when a good restaurant looses customers due to bad service.

Reliable, delicious and healthy! I love this place. I eat there in person even more than I order from them.

The food is great. I haven't had a problem with delivery being slow or with anyone losing my orders. It's always been delivered within their estimated time. The only thing I don't like is how high their minimum is. I only order from here if I'm ordering for more than just myself.

I was NOT a fan of this place, though I only ordered one item, so don't judge just from these thoughts. I ordered the "chicken" parm. My issue was the fo0d, and the price. I spent 18 dollars on a "chicken" (veggie chicken) parmesan meal. I am used to traditional Italian, so when I was eating the gross sauce with big vegetables and onions in it it just was strange. Didn't taste good. And the price seemed very high for what it was... I may give them another chance though with another item - I do like their seemingly healthy and diverse menu/philosophy.

the food is great - the service has gone downhill considerably - no email response to orders, 5 minute wait on the phone to confirm they received order, and over an hour wait. food great - service sux.

they again didnt process my order. when i called, i spoke with larry, who said that it was on it's way (30 mins ago). Since it never got here, I called and spoke with someone named Mal who said it just left. I explained that we were told something else 30 minutes ago. She was rude and offered really bad customer service. I think she is the one everyone complains about.

Excellent veg and vegan food, but avoid the overpriced rice milk shake. I like rice milk, but the consistency was terrible. You're better off just drinking really cold ice milk because it melts very quickly also.

The food was pretty good - my boyfriend really liked his burger but my burrito was kinda eh. I asked for cheese and tofu sour cream. There was cheese, but not sour cream. The biggest downside was that delivery took AND HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. It was ridiculous. Fine food, not good delivery.

I have been, up until recently, a RAMPANT meat-eater but always wanted to make the jump for dietary reasons. Biggest thing holding me up? A lot of Veggie Delivery tastes like Toilet Paper. QUANTUM LEAP IS AWESOME! I literally can't stop ordering from them -- and if you go there in person they have specials that are even cooler! If this review seems a little saccharine, it's only because it is difficult to contain my enthusiasm for this place. Their meat analogs have basically restored my faith that I can eat vegetarian and not feel like a bird, or a hippie.

I tried to order from this place during normal business hours and they did not confirm my order and no one answered the phone at the restaurant. The food here is good but I guess they don't have a good process in place.
