Terrible Service! Called 20 minutes after ordering to say "no delivery people" and not order Previous order was for 30-45 minutes estimate, ordered 90 minutes before a meeting -- did not arrive in time for meeting It doesn't seem to matter if you tip $2 or $10, delivery is always bad

This was some of the best kosher pizza in midtown. Sadly, as of today, this restaurant is no longer kosher certified. :(

It takes them forever to deliver the order. Food was cold and took them 2 hours for delivery.

I must say that the food isn't the issue. The pizza is the best kosher pizza in midtown. But they once forgot my drinks, said they'd bring them back, and then never did. And now, I sit here waiting for a pizza ordered at 11:42 am and it is 1:55 pm. After two phone calls I am awaiting what will hopefully not be a two hour old pizza. Inexcusably bad service, despite great pizza.

Too many messed up orders and uninspired food. I had a baked ziti, that was neither baked nor ziti (they used penne pasta instead). The sauce was tasteless and the cheese was only on top. They promise delivery in 30 - 45 minutes, but rarely meet that deadline.

Worst delivery service I've ever seen. Takes on average 1h30 to 2h to deliver + very agressive on the phone when you call to complain.

I ordered the sandwich to be a hero, they made it a roll. I called to see what the soup it- they told me, but then didn't send it. All they wrote was no soup. (nor did they call) I had better get a refund!
