Ordered 2 three way samplers, took close to an hour to get and when it arrived it was lukewarm at best, no marinara for the cheese sticks which were soggy on the outside and hardened on the inside. Gross. Chicken strips seemed as if they were frozen and warmed in microwave, the 1 chicken wing was crusty, oily and gross, the fries were sparse, soggy and tasted bad. We just threw the crap out. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

french toast does not come with eggs. falst advertising. very unhelpful manager, on two separate occasions. good food and cheap but i should have learned my lesson the first time. they obviously don't need my business. french toast and three way sampler - three thumbs down

Ordered a steak quesadilla from this restaurant and it was my first time ordering from them. I should have read the reviews first. What I received was a very greasy tortilla with mushrooms and ground beef. There wasn't even any cheese!! Who orders a quesadilla with no cheese? Also, it was ground beef and not steak. There is a BIG difference between the two. Not sure if this is the norm, but I don't want to take the chance again. I was very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. My apartment is very easy to find but food was never delivered and they called once to get directions. After 30 minutes passed, I called them to ask for an update and they said they couldn't find the place and hung up.

One of the worst deliveries I've had in NY. We order everyday for work and this was appalling. The cheese to meat ratio clearly classifies the cheesesteak as something closer to bread with trace amounts of steak.

I love it when they call to let me know that there SPECIALS are made homemade and only have 10 portions....they always run out of Roast Pork!!!!

This is an old reliable... I order Seamless from Tribecca on a nightly basis. When i am in the mood for late-night breakfast, Roxy is my standby. Eggs, pancakes, french toast are not gourmet by any means, but definately reliable and consistent. I added another "star" for 2 reasons: most importantly, they deliver 24-hrs. Also, the menu is quite modestly priced.

My food came 45 minutes after the given delivery time and was cold. The guy who delivered my food called and told me to come down; he had no idea where he was and if he was even at my apartment. After 3 phone calls he finally made it to my doorman and eventually to my apartment. I called the restaurant to be transferred and then told that he couldn't find my apartment because my address was wrong. I have two roommates and one of us orders from seamless at least once a week...no one has ever had a problem finding our apartment. Not only was my address correct but the cross streets make it near impossible to miss. I will never order from here again!
