You know why I hate to write this? Because I love the food, like alot. But I had such a poor delivery experience. So anyway, I tipped online and waited for the food. They get there and not only do they buzz multiple times, but they call me and make me come downstairs to get the food (they are supposed to bring it up to the door). I go downstairs to a nasty faced man who demands a tip (that I already gave). He tells me to go upstairs and get the tip and come back (which i obviously I wasn;t going to do) How dare you demand a double tip. Why have the pay online option?

Two hours for delivery that was expected 30-45 minutes. Politely called after an hour, very rude person answered and said the order was on its way. Ordered Honey Ginger Chicken w/mixed peppers and steamed rice. There were 3 pieces of chicken in the dish that was filled to the brim with sliced onions. Only two red pepper slices, never saw any other "mixed peppers." THe sauce tasted like sweet water. All restaurants get slammed and have bad nights. But for the price, rudeness, slow service, and not actually getting what the description said was in the dish I wouldn't risk trying this one again.

Filth flies include house flies, little house flies, blow flies, bottle flies and flesh flies. Food/refuse/sewage-associated flies include fruit flies, drain flies and Phorid flies. 4) Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist.

The food was good; however, it was off-putting that the delivery guy lingered a bit after giving me the food and told me he felt the tip I gave him via seamlessweb (I gave what was automatically added) was not enough.

I ordered from this place on seamless and despite the estimate 30-45 minutes for delivery time it took them an hour and a half to deliver my food. When the delivery man arrived he yelled at me and told me I lived too far away and next time I needed to pick up my food. I tried to explain to him that seamless listed this restaurant as delivering to my address but he continued to speak disrespectfully to me. I will NEVER order from here again after the extremely rude way the delivery man spoke to me. It was totally unacceptable.

This place constantly fails inspections due to poor sanitary conditions. During one meal we had at the restaurant, we had a roach run across the middle of the table.

Pros: Each dish was very tasty, and had large volume Cons: Delivery guy asked for cash tip, and he didn't deliver plastic utensils and napkins even though eco-friendly setting was "off" for my order.

The food is just fine. I'm most disappointed in the service. After an estimated 30-45 minute delivery, my food didn't arrive for an hour. This was tolerable, but when the delivery man arrived and rang my bell, he handed me my $11 order and asked, "2 dollar tip?" I replied, "Yes, it's already included in the credit card." His response? "Only 2 dollars for tip?" It clicked then. He was looking for more money. Completely unprofessional.

Our favorite restaurant in Upper West Side. We have never found any better Asian restaurant than this. It is true that the price is more expensive than it used to be but it's still really worth it.
