Ordered the steak & gorgonzola salad and potato chips, and requested no napkins or utensils. The salad came with chicken instead of gorgonzola, a plastic knife and fork, 3 napkins, and half a dozen salt & pepper packs. One thing they did well: I put a note in comments to please call me if my chip selection was unavailable and needed to be substituted; the chips I selected were indeed unavailable, and the restaurant called to see what I'd like for a substitute. So kudos to them on that front, but Sarah's Kitchen needs to pay closer attention to the orders. Update 11/6/12: again, utensils and napkins included despite my request not to, and they just threw in whatever chips they had when they ran out of the ones I ordered without calling me; when I called upon delivery to ask for a different substitute, they promised to redeliver. The chips never came. OFF THE LIST. No attention to customer service whatsoever.

We've ordered in the past and it was fabulous. Last order was a disaster. 3 sandwiches, all supposed to be hot with toasted bread -- all showed up ice cold, untoasted bread, special instructions ignored and it took forever to arrive. So disappointed that they went downhill so quickly.

Ordered a salad, (small 5 toppings) and a bowl of pineapple. The salad is DRENCHED in dressing - there's literally a pool of dressing in the bottom of the bowl (salad soup??) - completely inedible. So for nearly $20 all in (tax and tip) I'm having a bowl of pineapple and the roll they sent with it.

On my first order, I requested the herb grilled salmon salad and loved it. Since then, I have tried unsuccessfully to order the same thing. In my four attempts, 3 were without the fish at all, this last attempt the worst. The fish was NOT salmon, it was white cod. It was not herb grilled, it was an old fishy fillet that was breaded and thrown on top in one piece. They threw all kinds of cheese around it to try to make up for the error. I asked for two honey mustard dressings and received two containers of plain yellow mustard. The "bait and switch" was unacceptable. This is my last order with this restaurant.

Ordered the veggi bi-bim-bap. The miso soup was good, but the dish was more like a salad, wish the ingredients were grilled together. All in all, good food for the price.
