I ordered a rare roast beef sandwich. I asked that the beef be rare, as advertised, and plain. I wrote no cheese and that I did not want any of the other toppings that normally come with the sandwich. It came with non rare roast beef, cheese and all of the other things I asked not to be included. The cheese was melted in the meat and could not be removed. I had to throw the sandwich away.

Description of food said a hot sandwich with melted munster cheese. Sandwich was in fact cold (clearly never had been hot) with no cheese.
