wrong- paid NO attention to directions for a simple turkey sandwich. 2 hours all in all plus stale bread. This is NYC pick from one of the hundreds of other sandwich shops/delis.

This was hands down the worst veggie burger I've ever had. It was a squished bun, a veggie patty, and a slice of cheese. No lettuce, tomato, onion, nothing.

Was unimpressed with the fat-free tuna salad wrap. The description should be clearer about what is in the tuna salad. I'm sure the other items are good, though.

We ordered a blueberry bagel. They sent us blueberry muffin. It was cut in half and wrapped like a bagel. They thought we wouldn't notice that it was a muffin.
