Subway (46th St)

Food never showed up. Got an e-mail from Seemless to tell me that they closed early, but I called and they were open. The person that was working there said that he never got an order - yeah right!

Do not order from here - told me my order was on the way after over an hour without even verifying who I was or what the order was. Blatant lie - did not offer to cancel the order or even refund it, in spite of having no idea where the order was.

Delivery took almost 2 hours. I called in several times and the person on the line repeated the same line - in 2 mins will be there, clearly lying. ETD should be stated as at least 2 hours!!! By the time the food came it looked like someone sat on it, was too soggy and gross!!! Terrible service!!! Will never order again!!!

I like Subway in person, but the delivery sandwich didn't taste as fresh. Was a bit soggy and tasteless. Since they were out of cheddar sun chips just gave me regular without even calling to ask as to what I would like as a subsititute. Probably wouldn't order again. Better in person.

I've ordered from them a couple dozen times now and they don't screw up orders, they deliver very fast if you're in the same neighborhood as them, and it's good Subway food. Recommended.

Arrived after 2-hours and they delivered the wrong order. I asked for 3 foot-long subs and 4 sodas, I got two 6" subs and 1 drink. Tried to call and the line is always busy. Never going here again.

The delivery is terrible. The last two times I ordered from them, the delivery took over an hour and a half. Would not recommend.

What is there to say? A Subway that offers delivery. Only in NYC. No complaints about the delivery time, or the food. Same as the usual Subway but SOMEONE BRINGS IT TO MY OFFICE!
