Order placed at 6 pm, arrived at 7.30pm. Sukhadia located 45th & 5th, my location 48th & Broadway. Promised 25-40 minutes, not delivered. Food was cold when arrived. Called several times inquiring about order. First call a lady picked up, spoke in foreign language (not to the receiver) .. was left hanged for about a minute before a man spoke. Each call placed was handled poorly. Customer service was bad. Delivery guy was rude. Ordered Malai Kofta (vegetarian) -- let's just say I had better. Food taste average + cold due to extended delivery time = last order to Sukhadia. If they can not deliver on time, they should not be posting themselves on Seamlessweb. This was a total waste time and money. There are other better Indian place out there. When called and told them about the food temperature, the guy sounded arrogant and not sincere.
