Food is a pricey, but I've never had a bad order. One of the few places where "very spicy" is actually very spicy.

Fast delivery, but I was a little disappointed with the tikka masala and garlic naan. Both were a little on the bland side surprisingly.

Really happy with my order. Arrived quickly, food was hot and well-organized for delivery/transport. They included extra sauces and plenty of rice w/out extra charge. The food was great, good flavor, not too spicy. Would definitely order from here again!

I've ordered from Surya twice. It's very, very expensive. The food is pretty good, but not worth the price in my opinion. The chana saag is quite good, the raita is excellent (lots of cucumber), the nan is pretty good. The chicken vindaloo is just ok. A good size portion, but they use all white meat chicken which ends up being kind of dry. Medium spicy was very spicy for me (and I like spicy food). All in all, pretty satisfying Indian that's way overpriced. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of Indian options in my delivery area.

their food TBD - I wouldn't know because it's taken them over 90 minutes to deliver it (should have been 30 min, I live 8 blocks away)...I've called 3 times and each time it's "any minute".

Tandori Chicken was dry. Pakora was below average. Rest of the food was fine if it had been half the price. This is no better than the cheaper options available so why pay more?

This is a classy yet casual Indian restaurant and it shows in their cuisine. All the sauces are flavorful but not overbearing, more delicate and lighter than the usual. I heartily recommend giving them a try.
