I ordered the chicken schwarma..... chicken had no meat, just skin and fat. pita was more like a bun. Hummus was tasteless. It was overall a poor excuse for a schwarma and not even edible.

I've been ordering from Seamless for 3 years, and this was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The expected delivery time was 30-45 minutes, but right around the 1 hour mark I received a call from the restaurant: apparently, the delivery guy had come to my apartment and rang the buzzer (I never heard it if he did), but since I didn't come downstairs, he left. When I asked the guy on the phone why the delivery guy hadn't called me, he said he didn't have a phone. When I said it was stupid to send a delivery guy without a phone, I got a lecture on how "not everyone is rich like you and can afford a cell phone." I told him I was blaming the restaurant for not sending someone with a phone, not the delivery guy for not having one, to which he replied that he was sending the order out again and that my food would arrive soon, and then he hung up. When I finally received it, the Chicken Shawarma Pita was absolutely delicious. Too bad the service left such an overpoweringly bad taste in my mouth.

Although there's a limited menu, they do everything well. Great place to get big portions of food at a cheap price.

I saw all the 5 star reviews and decided to try them out. Got the falafel and chicken pitas. The falafel was stale and the chicken bone dry. The pitas were not appetizing at all. Overall, very disappointed.

This place is shockingly good. I had to read the reviews to believe it. They were quick, fresh, the falafel sandwich is one of the tops in the city I'm sure. We ordered a few things, all were very good.

good kosher kababs, sometimes a little light on the chicken but most of the time it is great.

Stands out from the rest and the food is both healthy and fresh. Great late night option.

As far as falafel etc. places go in the east village ( and there are plenty of them), this place is near the top. The food is well prepared and flavorful. Delivery is quick. The pita is excellent as is the hummus. It's a standard on my list.

AMAZING. Im a tough critic and i never write comments but this place is awesome. very high quality the schwarma is not fatty and tastes warm adn you wish that you could eat it every day. the felafel is fresh and very tasty and they incluide al the relevant mixes of sauces that make a great plate.... this is really what should be the standard for all the other crap places to live upt o. its stunning how much poor quality is allowed to be out there but this place, no joke has got it down ....fast delivery also..!

I ordered the Schwarma and Falafel platter with a whole wheat pita. I thought the meat was a bit dry, but the falafel was excellent, as was the hummus. And the pita was really fresh and doughy, as though they just made it. Very pleased overall and would order again.
