yum! delivery was a little long but its a little far from my job so its to be expected. Delicious tho.

Chicken Katsu Sandwich is amazing. So are their chicken wings. The dressings for the salad are incredibly salty though.

Excellent comfort food. Great savory wings with rice. The flavor of the wings leaves behind delicious morsel bits stained on your rice, to be enjoyed when all the wings are gone and done. Nice ginger dressing with the side salad. Recommend: the wings (it's what they're good at) with rice and side salad. Been eating here since 2006. This place is tiny (a bit of a hole in the wall by now) and they prep the orders fresh as they come, coating and mixing the wings in a bowl by hand. In response to the delivery issues in their reviews on here, these guys are human beings not machines (Seamless makes this easy to forget), they take their time making the wings, because good food takes time. They're really not a delivery place, it's usually two guys behind the counter cooking and taking orders. Best to eat there or take out.

Delivery and food were both way below expectations on this one. Not only were they over an hour late (beyond the stated delivery time of 30-45min, so I waited nearly 2 hours for the food), they called me 40 min after I ordered to tell me that one of the items I ordered was not available. After I received the food with little more than a nod from the delivery guy, I discovered each of the 4 entrees was subpar (dry meat, bento boxes were all over the place with food all mixed together on one side of the box - yuck!), not to mention my two miso soups had spilled into the bag! Needless to say, a horrendous experience and I will not be ordering from them again! One star is too many for what I went through last night.

Food took close to 2 hours to arrive. Food was totally cold and inedible. The delivery person did not know where Madison avenue was. Very disappointed and will not ever order from there again.

Terrible customer service!!! I placed an order and after an hour I called to check the delivery status. The guy didn't both to check my on order, told me it must be in route, then hung up on me. I waited another 20 minutes and called back. This time they claimed to have not even received an order, even though I got an order confirmation stating that they did. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Chicken wings were overdone and way too salty. Chicken cutlet was over-fried. Plus delivery guy was rude -- says my address is outside the delivery area, but really in fact he just doesn't want to deliver because it's too far, but management still wants to take the order because it's still an order. Would not order again.

First and last time to order from this restaurant. Ordered the Teba Chicken Wings.....overly deep friend...it was pretty much burnt and not good to eat at all. Also ordered the Chicken Cutlet Curry....again, the batter on chicken was overly deep fried and the batter was as thick as the thin piece of chicken cutlet. To top it off, the delivery guy was not friendly and did not say hello or even smile as a sign of acknowledgment. Just handed me the paper to sign, took it back and walked away. If the food was halfway decent I would put up with a delivery guy like that but the overall experience was just poor.

Fantastic salad, with great dressing. The wings are great too, a bit dry at times, but the sauce is amazing. Additionally, the teriyaki chicken is great as well. All in all, a fantastic specialty Japanese joint to order from.

Food is excellent but their delivery is awful. I waited for an hour and then called 4 times with no one picking up. I called Seamless and they refunded me. The food came 2 hours after I placed the order.
