It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive and they forgot the coffee. He said he would be back in 20-30 minutes and it is now another 2 hours later and no coffee. Walk/bike/drive there if this is what you want.

Food is good, but don't order delivery they are horrible. Ordered bagels and coffee... it took nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. I could have gotten dressed and walked the half a mile there, eaten, and walked back in less time.

First time ordering took 1.5 hrs for a bagel sandwich to be delivered 8 blocks. Every time since has been much much faster. Food is consistently good, like you'd expect from a deli in NYC

Took 2 hours for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Ordered for a second time and they brought me the wrong food. This place is turning into a typical South Beach disaster. 3 Hours later and I still have not received my sandwich.
