very good taste, if they put a few more pieces of chicken this will be perfect. As it stands its very good, but Baluchi's gives more meat for your money.

On time delivery, high quality food. There are a lot of places that smother their dishes in butter and feel 'generic'. I got vegetable vindaloo, and it was distinctive and lighter than usual. Slightly pricey.

Such a shame because I've had the food and its actually really good. I read the other reviews and thought I'd take the chance on ordering, just in case. Sadly, an hour and a half after they confirmed my order, it's still nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times: First they said the orders all left a while ago so it would be here any minute. The next time I called they said its a new delivery boy so maybe he's lost, and they offered to discount my next order by 15% (unfortunately I don't think I'll be ordering). I spoke with them again just now, when I called to cancel the order. I explained that the reviews on Seamless going back 4 months say that delivery is a major problem, and that its really bad for business. The woman at least said that I should keep the food (if it ever arrives) and they'll refund my order tomorrow. So I guess if you want a free or discounted meal and have 90 mins to kill, this is the perfect place to order from.

Maybe it's growing pains, but my order showed up almost two hours after I ordered it. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the lateness from the restaurant after I called to check on the status of the order twice. With so many other good, inexpensive Indian restaurants around, it's just not worth it.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE I placed a delivery order on a weeknight, from a few blocks away, at around 8:45pm. After 1h the food had not arrived yet, so I called them to check on the order. "It just went out," they said. 30 minutes later, still nothing. I called again. "The delivery guy said no one was there." Which was false, as I pointed out. They checked again, "It went out, should be there in minutes." 30 more minutes and no one has showed up yet. It's now two hours since I placed my order and I'm starving. I call again. Lady on the phone mumbles some excuse about a new delivery guy. It's been TWO HOURS, I say, I would like to cancel my order and be refunded. They say they cannot cancel since it's a Seamless order. False again, other restaurants emend and cancel Seamless orders without problems. IF YOU WANT TO EAT YOUR DINNER ON THE SAME DAY YOU ORDER IT, DON'T EVER GET DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Took 30 minutes for them to even confirm my order then took 15 minutes longer than the longest estimate time to deliver. I'm not even that far from them. The food was spicy (which is great) but also not flavorful. Bland and spicy at the same time.
