Times Square Pizza (formerly Papa John's)

doesn't even deserve a star but had to put one so this can post after receiving a pie that was called the "works", come to open to what looks like a frozen pizza nuked and thrown in a box!! actually, there are frozen pizzas that are better looking and tasting that this!!! had also ordered a side of cheese sticks which was also very under par! can you say dough with a bunch of cheese cut into long rectangular shapes! come on now. you think people in nyc will put up with this crap!! so, caveat emptor!! you all have been forewarned!!

Don't! Just Don't! Go back... Walk away! Put it this way: I ordered at 9pm...Just a medium pizza & soda... Got the food at 10:20... Thankfully, it wasn't completely cold!

I've ordered two pizza's from this restaurant. The first time was a good experience. The second time I ordered the same exact pizza, it was half the size and a much thinner crust. When I approached the cashier and manager they apologized but told me the initial time must have been a mistake. Complete lack of customer service and misleading menu/prices. I contacted Seamless and they spoke with the restaurant. They said they would give 20% off the next purchase. I would never go back or recommend it!

It was bland, very dry, lukewarm, and chewy. All of it tasted and felt like a cardboard (The cheese, toppings, and the crust). Seems like you guys are trying your best to keep the papa john's looks. They may look a little like papa john's but clearly far from it.

Ordered a pizza at 9:45pm. Got a confirmation email. 30 minutes later they call and say they are not delivering my food because they are closing (they list midnight as their closing time). I complain saying why they didn't tell me earlier and she makes some lie/excuse that she's been trying to call seamless the last 30 min to cancel, which doesn't make sense. Last time I ordered it was a Papa Johns and back then they actually never delivered one of my orders and didn't pick up the phone all night. Clearly they don't know how to run this shop and have no sense of customer service. STAY AWAY!

I've ordered twice (admitedly, the pizza was good) and both times it took them 1.5 hours to deliver my pizza instead of the 30-45 minutes promised, and I live just 10 blocks from their restaurant. This is the last time I'm ordering there.

Wait times are ridiculous, and when they are busy it seems like they don't even have a heat lamp. The pizza arrives cold. I've called about 3 of my orders in the past being this way, and each time they acknowledge it's their problem. Disgusting. In fact some times they even just hang up on me when I call to follow up. Rude. This place really is no better than when it was Papa John's. It's no wonder Papa John's wouldn't renew their license / franchise with them.

Took over an hour to get my large pizza. Can see why this place is 'Formerly' Papa John's. Even they could get me my food on the same day. By the time the pizza arrived it was cold.
