Uno Chicago Grill

Horribly slow delivery and food was so so. First time over an hour even though they are 4 blocks away. Second time I cancelled the order after 70min.

Great food, but slow slow delivery. My last order took 90mins. Management needs to hire another delivery guy and stop occasionally using the one delivery guy as a line chef. Uno is a nationwide brand, they can afford to hire another delivery guy but won't.

While I enjoy all types of pizza (New York, New Haven, Italian, Californian, Chicago, Gourmet, 99cent) this pizza is terrible. Uno must have been good at one point to have expanded so much, and I have never eaten at their original restaurant, but the crap they are trying to pass off in their current restaurants is almost inedible. While many deep dish pizzas have a caky crust as opposed to a crisp or chewy one, the crust at Unos is so dry and caky that it seems that are patches of flour in the dough that were never exposed to any water or oil. The cheese and sauce are of terrible quality. If this pizza was served at a 99cent pizza place, it may be passable, but to charge the price of good pizza is irreconcilable.

This is probably the worst pizza and salad I've ever had. The pizza arrived cold and the cheese appeared never to have been melted. The salad greens were three days old, wilted and brown on all the edges. It's a pricey pizza and takes forever to be delivered. I don't know how they got all those stars but pass this one by. From a pizza lover.

Baked stuff chicken is the best, as are the sides (I'm partial to the roasted veggies and the mashed potatoes). The delivery is fast (within the time limit given).

Place an order, waited hour and half, called to check on order and they CANCELED order without telling me. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN!!!

Good ingredients, but it is not nearly the same as UNO in Chicago. Deep dish pizza should be deep dish, not deep-dish crust with barely any toppings. Embarrassing! The crust should be filled with toppings, and not have the edges stick up with just a few things on the pizza...

2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver a pizza estimated at 20-35mins. Restaurant was called 90 minutes after the order. Was told the order was still in the kitchen and someone was being sent to deliver. 45 minutes later it arrived. This was all on a $10 individual pie.

Delivery service is horrendous. Waiting time on seamless web was estimated for 20-35 minutes. It has been 1.5 hours and I am still waiting for my dinner. I will not order from Uno's again.

I ordered a small pan pizza with extra cheese and mozzerella sticks and the food took more than an hr to arrive when the website says that it should take 20-30 mins. I understand if there needs to be a delay, but shouldnt the restaurant take responsibility calling the customer instead of the other way around?? The pizza was awful as always using the delivery service! The cheese is never melted and there was def no extra cheese. The food was completely cold. This has happened before with them but I never complained about it til now. $25 for a cold, tasteless meal..

I was disappointed the last few times I have ordered pizza from here. It is not hot and was not that great. I made the mistake of ordering wings from here last night. OH they were NOT GOOD AT ALL! They are small and dry like no sauce and come with 2 carrot sticks and 2 celery sticks. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!
