V33 Golden City

I ordered the Pho noodle soup. I was enjoying my meal, until i found a piece of hair. I feel like puking right now and lost all appetite for the rest of today. However, Seamlessweb has great customer service and refunded my order. I wish i can post a picture of this, I am so turned off and will never be ordering from here again.

Fast food, but order was completely incorrect and when we called to have our correct order brought back to us, they asked for the small pint of rice they gave us back.....why? were you going to give it to another customer?

I LOVE the food. It's absolutely amazing, and I could eat it every day. That being said, the people who work here are rude to the point where I sometimes get nervous to interact with them because it leaves me so cold--particularly the delivery people. It wouldn't hurt for them to act a little bit nicer.

My favorite pho. It is consistently excellent, fragrant, well flavored beef broth, noodles and basil leaves and bean sprouts served separately. perfect for a cold and rainy day.

this place has the best bun noodle.. although delivery does take a bit longer but i have tried both chix, pork and beef bun and they are all delicious...

I always order the crab rangoon from here. It's not the best I've ever had but it's the only place I can find in Manhattan where I like the crab rangoon.

The delivery took a little longer than I expected but I was pleasantly surprised with the food. The spicy shrimp dumplings while very rich due to the peanut type sauce are really very good and the order came with a bag containint very fresh roamine leaves along with thinly sliced carrot and celery that was pickled to perfection...AWESOMENESS! The crispy vietnamese spring rolls were not really crispy but packed with flavor. I could taste the fresh basil in every bite. I do wish they hadn't watered down the ginger dipping sauce though, it really ruined it and further detracted from the idea of a crispy spring roll since it can't really retain crispness after you dunk it in water.

Terrible Service! It took an hour & a half to get my food which only consisted of chicken wings & crab rangoon . I called after an hour , they said my food left 20 minutes ago. It took another 30 minutes for me to receive my food and of course it's cold, the chicken is bloody, the crab rangoon was very greasy & now my stomach hurts! NEVER AGAIN!!

food was very average. got the order wrong. and it took well over an hour for delivery when the quoted time was 25-40 minutes
