i used to really like this place. however my order today was so completely messed up, that i'll never order from here again. i ordered an omelet with egg whites, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel. the delivery estimate was 30-45 minutes. after almost an hour, my food still hadn't arrived, so i tried calling the store to check in on the order. no answer. continued to try to call, still couldn't get through. finally after over an hour my food arrived. i opened up the package and what i found was a bagel with a couple of egg whites on it - no bacon, no cheese, nothing even remotely close to an omelet. ive ordered this exact menu item from here before, so i know how it's supposed to look. obviously i tried to call the store to complain, couldn't get anyone to pick up. luckily seamless was able to give me a refund, but i wouldnt recommend anyone to ever order from here.

I give Vic's 2 stars in total, which is comprised of 2 components each weighted 50/50. The food gets 3 stars because, while it is nothing special, there really is nothing specific to complain about - so basically it's average. The service gets 1 star because of the very slow delivery times and the staff's poor response to issues with your order. I have ordered from them many times but I have decided to try a new place and I suggest you do the same.

Yeah, this place is beyond amazing. Design your bagel is the greatest idea ever and I am NEVER disappointed!! Get yourself some Vic's ASAP!

They made a mistake on my order and then refused to fix it. One worker tried to deny the mistake, and the second basically said It's not my store, I don't care. Seamless gave me a refund. In another instance they didn't have what I ordered, I reordered and they didn't have the second order. They said they would cancel the order and refund me, but never did; I had to call Seamless myself a week later. Their food is ok, but their customer service is atrocious.

Horrible. No delivery after 2 hours and they claim they never got the ordered, but still charged me. Thousands of better bagels in the city.

Tokyo tel aviv bagel must have WASABI which I loved. The bagel tastes great when I ate at store all the time. This time.....no WASABI tastes. They forgot to put it???? plus my drink was mess inside the bag....:-(

I know that the food is good here, but this is the first time I ordered delivery. It has been well over 90 minutes and I have not received the food yet. I have called them and they do not pick up their phone. It is too bad that their customer service stinks.

Food is good, but this place is not seamless friendly. I had a day off and ordered in some breakfast. They came two hours later. If you can not delivery timely, maybe you should consider withdrawing from a delivery service? Would I go back? Only if I was walking by and saw nobody inside.

The bagels are great, and I would recommend this place if you have all the time in the world, since it is so busy. I orderred a pick-up and showed up 30 mins later (since my order said it would be ready in 30- 45 mins) and the guy was really rude, and yelled at me that it would not be ready for at least another 30 mins. He was very rude which really upset me - if you know that it will take an hour to put together a few bagels, then set your system to say as much.

Great food, but if you are nearby I'd recommend ordering for pickup so you skip the long lines on the weekend, and the long wait for delivery.
