Yushi (World Financial Center - 250 Vesey Street )

Sushi fail. Took 1 1/2 hours to deliver a vege roll, cold edamame, seaweed salad. No utensils. No napkin. No wasabi. No ginger. No soy sauce. No flavor. Sushi roll soggy because delivery guy got caught in the rain. Well, it was sunny 1 1/2 hours ago when I ordered, so no, I don't think that's an adequate excuse.

Took twice the estimated time (the higher one), was freezing cold when it arrived, and the staff is a bit snippy. Apparently, they walk the food over (which means they should increase their estimated times dramatically)

Terrific sushi to go. Just be very clear about what you are ordering, as they are prone to mistakes.

It took 1hr and 40 minutes for the food to be delivered. I called the restaurant after 1 hr had passed and they said the food just went out the door. By the time I got it everything was cold and it's actually tasteless.

Poor quality. No attention to detail. Last time I got the order, my miso soup was spilled all over the bag.

Always really good, but today they didn't include chop sticks, just napkins. That ruined my lunch, I love eating with chop sticks.

Took an hour and a half to get to my apartment (I live 10 mins from the restaurant) and was cold when I opened it. Food was decent (after being nuked in the microwave), but definitely not worth the wait. Not ordering from here again...there are too many places with faster delivery and much better food to order from.

Took over 90 mins. for my food...food that is most definitely pre-prepared and just needed to be heated up. Unacceptable.

Very poor delivery service. Food arrived cold and missing a soda. I'd called and spoke to management but was told I had to wait for the delivery man to return--no further contact.

i love this place cuz the food is very healthy but doesnt taste that way because it is DELICIOUS. the delivery is prompt and always within the time range they give you. their spicy rolls are good because the spicy mayo they use is very tasty.

Food took an obscenely long time to arrive (an hour and a half, considering I live 15 minutes away, on foot). Called to check when the delivery guy left; they said 15 minutes ago and I ended up waiting another 40 minutes after that call. Sushi appears to be pre-packaged; portions are super small. Soups and noodle soups are packaged in paper containers--soup actually leaked out when I took the seran-wrap off. I can't figure out whether the packaging broke or whether it leaked on its way here. Never ordering from them again.

40 minutes later after ordering 2 bottles of water and some fresh fruit, my food is still not here. I've called twice and they keep telling me it's on the way, person's left 5 minutes ago, they'll check and call me back etc. This place is just across the street from me and can't get 2 bottles of water and fresh fruit over in an hour. Ridiculous. What a total waste of time and money!

I enjoy Yushi's food although I had terrible service tonight. They have an item on the menu that they no longer make. They need to call me to subsitute only to call thirty minutes later to tell me they don't have cocount water either. So in all I waited 1 hour for my food but when it arrived it was missing parts of my order! Never again!
