I love this place. The food is fast and their specials are cheap without compromising quality and portions. It's not the BEST mind blowing Indian you'll ever have, but it's way better than a lot of the others out there serving up crap at higher prices. The food has flavor - they know what Indian food should taste like and it's affordable and fast when delivered. Like!

Indigo is great. Ordered for the first time last night, the prix-fix menu is the way to go for sure; it is enough food for at least two meals! I got the Papri Chat (really good, huge chunks of tomato and onion, not to sweet), the Chicken Tikka Masala (really spicy, not sweet at all, not to tomatoey), and the garlic naan (decent but I've had better for sure). My roommate got the samosa (could be the best I've ever had), and the Lamb Saag (tender and also not too sweet). Even the rice had good flavor. I prefer Indigo over some of the higher rated more expensive places on the UES. I took one star off because delivery took FOREVER (over an hour). Irregardless I'll definitely order again, just way earlier next time.

I have tried this once and I loved it. The lamb curry with saffron/almond sauce is awesome. Hope it's just as good 2nd time round. My delivery guy was acutually even lovely (for a change, most are so rude) Was hard to find good indian in New York city to be honest!

Very impressed! I ordered an eggplant dish, which was very tasty, a little spicy too and I appreciated the fresh herbs on top! The packaging was great and they delivered on time as well. I'll definitely be ordering from Indigo again!

Food quality is terrible, delivery is ALWAYS much slower, and they have an attitude. Plenty of other good Indian restaurants, why risk it?

Terrible. All this food is soupy. We got lamb korma and it was like soup and the chicken vindaloo and it tasted like a can of tomato sauce. Very disappointed in everything with this orders. Indigo Indian really need to step up your game I would not recommend anyone here.

Wait time said 15 to 30 minutes. Order for delivery did not arrive until an hour and a half later. Called after one hour and said the order would be arriving any minute, did not come until over 30 minutes later. Food was cold and flavorless. Beware of this restaurant, try one of the other good Indian restaurants in the neighborhood.

Always great food (from the vegetarian options to my bf's fave: chicken tandoori masala!) Sometimes they have issues delivering it on time and are often late but the food still tastes excellent. Best indian place I've ever ordered from...

It's been a rainy and stressful week- you know, work sucks, economy blows, need a new and better paying job. I needed something really comforting, so why not chinese? NOPE. No good cheap chinese restaurants in the area. So, I decided to give this place (obviously Indian) a shot and WOW! First of all, I never write reviews, second, it came in 15 minutes, third, the portions are huge, and most importantly, it's GOOD! This is my new go to place. Thanks so much for not being a bummer for a change!

Not terrible, but definitely not Indian food. My samosas came with duck sauce and my sag paneer was something else...tasted like lemon and kale (not spinach).

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at in the city. I also think they are the cleanest and seem to have a good health score. I have been sick at several other Indian restaurants in Midtown only to find later that they failed several inspections. Indigo's food is always prepared fresh and the taste is bold and spicy which I love.
