Indus Express

Normally the food is good here but this delivery was horrible. I got the alu chaat which was a sloppy mess and a resmi kabab nan sandwich, which was about the same. Seriously Indus Express? I know you're speedy and all but take a little time and effort with the food. Last time I'm ordering from here.

Ordered their take out deal, the paleek paneer, which you usually cant go wrong with. It was filled with salt, it was inedible, all I can feel is chewing on grains of salt! As an appetizer they gave only 1 "Samosas." Kinda defeats the purpose of it being "a deal". Wont order from here again and do not recommend.

I asked for delivery to be near a specific time for a meeting at an office. It arrived 30 minutes early. I called to complain and was told that ordering for a specific time was not an option. It very plainly is an option on this site, the site they are a member of. Instead of an apology I got made-up excuses.

Seriously ? Worst rice I've seen on a $25 check. Not only is it not Basmati rice, it is worse than the plain sticky Jasmine rice :( Rest of the food is ok. Not ordering again.

Finally an Indian restaurant in this neighborhood that I will order from again. I had the chicken zafrani (very tasty though it needed a bit of salt), the Somosa Chaat (amazing!) and garlic naan.

Pretty good food for mid range pricing. I like their veg biryani. Samosas better than many places. Delivery is very prompt.

Great food for the price! The food is great but delivery service lacks. The email confirmation said 15-30 mins delivery but I had to call up after 35 mins only to listen that it will take more 15 mins to prepare. I dont mind waiting if notified earlier. The operator seemed surprised that i am expecting delivery within the mentioned time.

Food arrived over an hour late! Also they didn't listen to the order and did not include the servings, side dishes or condiments requested. I'm sure they mean well and its cheap but they could learn a lesson in customer service. I won't order from them again.

Terrible and unreliable delivery service. They always quote 15-30 minutes and then take an hour for delivery. When you phone to check on the status they are rude and unapologetic for the delay. The food is good- NOT great and definitely NOT worth the really long wait.

Ordered Chk Tikka (dinner). I guess they ran out of chicken because all I received was a red marsalla soup with 3 very small pieces of chkx. To management: if you guys run out of an item you call us and we'll understand, we will choose something else, but take us for fools and give us some leftovers and expect good review, because this will never happen. Also the rice was dry and tastless.
